NYCHA’s Draft FY2020 Annual PHA Plan

On July 19, 2019, CHPC submitted written testimonyon NYCHA’s Draft FY2020 Annual PHA Plan.

The 5-Year and Annual PHA Plans provide interested parties to locate basic NYCHA policies, rules, and requirements concerning NYCHA’s operations, programs, and services, and inform HUD, families served by the NYCHA, and members of the public of the NYCHAs mission, goals and objectives for serving the needs of low- income, very low- income, and extremely low- income families
