Howard Slatkin: There’s not one kind of housing that fits the needs of New Yorkers any more than there’s one kind of dinner that fits the need of every New Yorker, but we all agree that everyone should be having dinner, and we all agree that everyone should have housing and should have a kind of housing that meets their needs. This is one additional flavor that could really be an important addition.
