CHPC joined Assembly Member Rodriguez, NYCHA tenant leaders, and 20 other organizations who are a part of the Coalition for Capital Investment to #SAVENYCHA to announce a proposed reform to the co-op & condo tax abatement, which could raise over $3.3 billion in repairs for NYCHA buildings.
