Case Shiller Index for February 2011

Released on April 26 the Case Shiller index shows continued declines. The Index now stands only slightly above the lows that it reached in 2009. Every metro area in the index, with the exception of Detroit, showed a decline from the January index. The New York City metro area showed a 0.5% decline from the prior month.
